SGX Chairman Tan Cheng Han joins WongPartnership as senior consultant

Tan is a Professor of Law and Chief Strategy Officer at NUS Law School.

WongPartnership LLP welcomes Professor Tan Cheng Han SC to the firm as a Senior Consultant on 4 October 2023.

Tan is a legal academic and counsel in dispute resolution and international arbitration. Additionally, he is the current Chairman of SGX RegCo.

Prior to his appointment, he was a Director of several listed entities, including Chuan Hup Holdings Ltd (as Board Chair) and Keppel REIT. He was also a Director of ST Aerospace Ltd, ST Marine Ltd, and NTUC Income.

Tan obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge in 1990 and was appointed Senior Counsel at the age of 39.
