The “Foresta” at Mount Faber, a five- storey development with 141 residential flats, opens on Wednesday, May 11.


Other properties set to launch this week as developers rush to put their blocks on sale amid expectations that market prices for residential units will soon correct include Wing Tai Asia’s “Foresque Residences” at Petir; BS Tanjong Katong’s “Interweave”, at Kim Keat and NTUC ChoiceHomes & CEL development’s “Belysa Executive Condo” at Pasir Ris.


The “Foresta”, being in a “highly sought after” District 04 Vivo City Area, spells high rental demand and excellent potential for resale, according to Huttons Real Estate Group which markets the property.

The selling price of the property starts from $18xx psf for a one-bedroom unit of 431 sft. It is in close proximity to the following: Telok Blangah MRT Station; Vivo City and Harbourfront Shopping Mall; Sentosa Integrated Resort and Universal Studio; Pulau Keppel and Keppel Bay, 5 mins drive to Biopolis, One-North and Fusionpolis; Orchard, CBD and Marina IR; and to the future Jurong Gateway.
