Sino Tac Holding sold more than half of Auralis on May 4 launch

EXCLUSIVE: 30 out of the 56 residential units have been sold, according to the property developer’s Assistant Manager for Admin/Property Lilian Chan.

“Actually, during the launch last week, we just released 30 of the total units of Auralis and these were all sold,” she said noting high demand for the new condominium situated at East Coast.

The “Auralis”, which was supposedly to launch on April 30 is an attractive quantum according to experts starting from $6XX K for a 463 sqft one-bedroom unit.

“Auralis is located in centralise location District 1, right in the much sought-after lifestyle hub in East Coast area,” said property specialist Candice Loh of newcondo.sg.

In terms of rental yield, Ms. Loh said that one can expect potential increase in rentals and prices of property with the implementation of the East Coast enhancement by the government under the URA MP2008 East Regional Plan.
The property is in close proximity to MRT stations Kembangan, Eunos and the future East Coast.

Moreover, it has easy access to major expressways KPE, ECP, PIE and SLE. Establishments near to Auralis include East Coast Park, CBD<Suntec City, Marina Sands Integrated Resort, Orchard Shopping Belt and Singapore Changi Airport.

Sino Tac Holdings is under the property conglomerate, Tiong Aik Group of Companies.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
