Baywind Residences sells 29% of units on weekend launch

Units were sold at an average price of $2,025 psf.

Seven of the 24 apartment units (29%) in Baywind Residences were sold during its weekend launch at an average price of $2,025 per square foot (psf).

A 969 square feet 3+1 apartment unit had the highest psf price at $2,134 psf, translating to a total price of $2.077m.

All buyers were Singaporeans, and most of them were young families, said one of the property's developers.

Baywind Residences is a freehold residential product located in District 15 at 95 Lorong N Telok Kurau. 

It was developed by a consortium led mainboard-listed ABR Holdings Limited and boutique developer LWH Holdings Pte Ltd.
