Parc Clematis weekend preview attended by over 5,000 visitors

SingHaiyi's recent project garnered 5,000 visitors in its first weekend preview.

SingHaiyi's Parc Clematis condominium had more than 5,000 visitors during its first weekend preview, according to a press release.

Sizes of residential units range from one-bedroom units at 452 sqft to the largest five-bedroom Penthouse at 2,669 sqft. Strata Terrace units are at least 2,659 sq ft whilst the Bungalow units are at 3,832 sq ft.

Prices start from $699,000, $1.05m, and $1.32m for one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, respectively.

This is SingHaiyi Group’s first private residential launch in the Clementi estate in three and a half years.

Its units are divided according to four design series: the Contemporary series for singles, couples, and young families; the Elegance series for larger and multi-generational families; the Signature series; and the Masterpiece series designed as an exclusive resort.

Bookings for Parc Clementis will start on August 31.
