CDL takes top bids for Senja Close and Woodlands Drive 17

The two land parcels are for the development of Executive Housing Condominiums.

City Developments Limited took the top bids for the development of executive condominiums for the Senja Close and Woodlands Drive 17 land parcels.

For Senja Close, the group’s subsidiary CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. made a tender offer of $252.9m.

This is followed by TID Residential Pte. Ltd at $238m, Oriental Pacific Development Pte. Ltd. at $234.9m, Wee Hur Development Pte Ltd at $231.4m, and ABR Holdings Limited, RP Ventures Pte. Ltd, LWH Holdings Pte Ltd at $230.9m.

CDL Divine Pte. Ltd. made a tender offer of $360.9m for the Woodlands Drive 17 land parcel. It beat out Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd ($360.2m), Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd ($$355.1m), Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd. ($352m), and  EL Development Pte Ltd ($328.1m).

A decision on the award of the tenders will be made at a later date after the bids have been evaluated.
