Chart of the Day: Condo resale overall TOX up $3,000 in September
District 15 and District 21 had the highest median TOX at positive $10,000.
This chart from the SRX shows that the overall transaction over x-value (TOX) for condo resale volumes in September was $0, representing a $3,000 increase from August.
District 15 (East Coast/Marine Parade) and District 21 (Clementi Park/Upper Bukit Timah) posted the highest median TOX at positive $10,000, followed by District 22 (Boon Lay/Jurong/Tuas) at positive $8,000.
District 26 (Mandai/Upper Thomson) posted the lowest median TOX at negative $13,800, followed by District 2 (Chinatown/Tanjong Pagar) and District 4 (Sentosa/Harbourfront) at negative $10,000.
TOX data only include districts with more than 10 resale transactions with x-value.
