Chart of the day: May condo rents rise by 2.8% MoM

This is the seventeenth consecutive month that rents have increased.

This chart from SRX shows the month-on-month (MoM) condo rent increases in Singapore from May 2021.

May rents increased by 2.8% MoM, recording the seventeenth consecutive month that rents have increased. In the CCR rents have increased by 2.2% MoM. This is followed by RCR by 2.8% and OCR by 3.3%

From May 2021, rents have increased by 18,1% year-on-year (YoY). Rents in CCR, RCR and OCR YoY increased by 15.4%, 18.6% and 19.7% respectively.
