Chart of the Day: Overall median TOX hits positive $2,000 in September

Bukit Batok registered the highest median transaction at positive $6,500.

This chart released by the SRX shows that the overall median transaction over x-value (TOX) is positive $2,000 in September. This represents a $1,000 decrease from August.

Three-room HDBs, four-room HDBs, and executive HDBs posted positive $1,000, $3,500 and $5,000 median TOX respectively.

Bukit Batok registered the highest median at positive $6,500, followed by Choa Chu Kang at positiv $6,000.

Bishan posts the lowest median TOX at negative $7,000, followed by Bedok at negative $5,000.

TOX data only include HDB towns with more than 10 resale transactions with x-value.
