Coliwoo to raise $101m in IPO
Residential project aimed to be added to firm’s 4,000-room, 25-site portfolio.
Coliwoo Holdings Ltd. plans to raise gross proceeds of $101m from its initial public offering of its co-living business, according to the prospectus it filed to the Singapore Exchange.
Coliwoo will issue 80.3 million new shares at 0.60 per share. These consist of 75 million in placement shares and 5.3 million in public offer.
LHN Group Chairman Kelvin Lim targets a post-IPO market capitalisation of $288.5m, and almost 4,000 rooms across the firm’s 25 properties in Singapore.
To date, Coliwoo owns 11 properties, leases 10, and manages four.
In Q12025, the company’s adjusted profit attributable to equity holders stood at $15.1m, up 81.9% compared to the same period last year.
