Condo resale volume dips in June

An estimated 955 units were resold during the month.

The condo resale volume dipped slightly by 0.2% in June which could be due to the June school holiday period, according to a 99-SRX report.

An estimated 955 units were resold during the month, compared to the 957 units resold in May 2025.

By region, 51.3% of the volumes were from OCR, 30.5% from RCR, and 18.2% from CCR.

Month on month, overall prices slightly increased whilst year on year, prices increased by 5.2%.

CCR, RCR, and OCR experienced price increases of 7.4%, 2.8%, and 5.7% YoY, respectively.
