Condo resale volume drops 9.2% MoM in January

The volume was 14.3% higher year-on-year.

The number of condo units resold in January 2025 hit 884, translating to a 9.2% MoM decrease from December 2024’s record of 974 units.

The January 2025 volume was 14.3% higher than the January 2024 record, according to 99.co and SRX.

The latest figure is also 12.1% higher than the five-year average volumes for January.

Sub-sale transactions comprised 8% of total secondary sales in January 2025, down from December 2024.
