Condo resale volume jumps 17.4% MoM in March

Over 800 units got resold during the month.

The number of condo units resold in March 2024 hit 883, translating to a 17.4% MoM increase from February 2024’s record of 752 units.

The March 2024 volume, however, was 22.8% higher than the March 2023 record, according to 99.co and SRX.

The latest figure is also 12.0% lower than the five-year average volumes for March.

Of the total units resold during the month, 48.2% of the volumes were from the Outside Central Region (OCR),31.6% from the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and 20.2% from the Core Central Region (CCR).
