Condo resale volumes soar 50.3% MoM in February

Over 700 units got resold during the month.

The number of condo units resold in February hit 756, translating to a 50.3% increase from January’s record of 503 units.

The February volume, however, was 4.2% lower than February 2022, according to 99.co and SRX.

The latest figure is also 4.1% lower than the five-year average volumes for February.

Of the total units resold during the month,48.8% of the volumes were from the Outside Central Region (OCR), 28.0% from the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and 23.2% from the Core Central Region (CCR).
