Copen Grand is first EC project to sell out in 2nd balloting

The executive condominium is future proof and accessible.

"Best selling" Copen Grand was sold out during its second balloting, the first executive condominium (EC) to do so, said Mark Yip, CEO of Huttons Asia.

In a statement, Yip said the EC has "unrivalled accessibility" to public transport. It is near to the future Tengah Integrated Transport Hub and Tengah Boulevard Bus Interchange.

What's more, this EC is also near major employment centres inJurong East Regional Centre and Jurong Innovation District, which are reviving from economic reopening.

"Copen Grand is well served by the Jurong Region Line which will bring residents to both the regional centre and innovation district," said Yip.

Yip also noted that the EC is also the first BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy luxury. It is sustainable to make sure homebuyers that it is future proof.
