Frasers Property eyes yearend sales launch for Sky Eden @ Bedok 

The development will have 158 residential units and 12 commercial units.

Frasers Property said it is planning a yearend sales launch for Sky Eden @ Bedok, formerly known as the Bedok Point.

In its 9M FY22 business update, Frasers Property said the development will comprise 158 residential units and 12 commercial units.

Apart from the sales launch of  Sky Eden @ Bedok, Frasers Property said it is also looking forward to the completion of Rivière in 1H FY23 and Parc Greenwich EC in 2H FY24.

Rivière and Parc Greenwich EC were already launched for sale and have sold 65.1% and 100% of their units, respectively.

Combining sales in both properties, and other developments, Frasers Property was able to sell 286 units in 9M FY22, gaining an unrecognised revenue of $0.7b as of 30 June.
