Frasers Property sells 639 residential units as at the end of Q1 FY 2022

This is despite property cooling measures affecting residential transactions. 

Frasers Property released its business updates for the first quarter (Q1) of financial year of 2022, which showed steady progress with its current residential projects.

Riviere has sold 44.4% of its units ahead of its target completion in the first half of FY 2023. Parc Greenwich EC has 88.1% units sold with target completion in the first half of FY 2024. Lastly, the Urban Redevelopment Authority has granted provisional permission for the Bedok Point redevelopment project on 24 February.

As at the end of 31 Dec 2021, Frasers Property has sold 639 units and reported $400m worth of unrecognised revenue for its residential portfolio in Singapore

Despite the property cooling measures affecting residential transactions imposed on 16 December 2021, Frasers Property has reported a pre-sold revenue of $2.2b in Singapore, as well as Australia, China, and Thailand.
