HDB resale price growth eases to 9.8% YoY in December

In November, resale prices rose 10.4% YoY.

HDB resale prices rose in December 2024 by 0.1% MoM and 9.8% YoY, data from 99.co and SRX showed.

Based on the report, resale prices increased by 0.7% MoM for non-mature estates, whilst prices in mature estates were unchanged.

Prices increased across two room types: 4 Room (0.3% MoM) and Executive (0.6% MoM).

3 Room, on the other hand, reported a 0.4% MoM price decrease. Prices for 5 Room were unchanged.

Year-on-year, prices for all room types and estates increased.

Across room types, 3-Room led with a 10.7% YoY increase in prices, followed by 4-Room (10% YoY), 5-Room (8.7% YoY), and Executive (5.5%. YoY).

Meanwhile, mature and non-mature estates saw YoY increases of 9.4% and 9.9%, respectively.
