Here are the five best selling properties in September

Majority of the top sellers are over 50% sold out.

The property sector has seen a surprising developer sales pick up in September, with 509 residential units sold, 8.8% higher than that in August.

According to OrangeTee Research, this signals an excitement among buyers in already launched properties, as there were no new launches in the said month.

Lake Grande by Developer MCL Land has seen the huge number of sales, with 29 units sold in the past month. This has brought sold out status of the project to 72.7%.

IOI Group's The Trilinq has seen the second largest sale at 28 units sold. As of September, more than half of its 755 units are already sold.

Trailing on third best sales is Kingsford Development's Kingsford Waterbay, which has sold 23 of its units in September.

The Glades by Keppel Land and Vanke Group registered the fourth best sales of the month, with 21 units sold. More than 77% of its 726 units are already sold.

Completing the top five is Hoi Hup Sunway Mount Sophia Pte Ltd's Sophia Hills, which sold 20 units in the past month.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
