Property firms, Savills and Knight Frank, offered for sale a 760,000 square feet development in London’s Whitehall SW1, which will be completed in spring and summer 2023.
The new landmark destination includes 120 key five star Raffles Hotel, 11 restaurants and bars, a wellness spa, and 85 Raffles residences.
The luxury property’s two-bedroom residence is on sale from $11.4m (£7.1m).
Knight Frank’s Branded Residences Report 2022 revealed that over 43% of prime Asian buyers would be willing to pay a premium for a branded residence with service provision and physical amenities being the key motivator, followed by high investment potential.
