Hong Leong unveils 462-unit Penrith development in Queenstown

Prices for two-bedroom units start from $1.495m, or $2,437 per square foot.

Hong Leong Holdings, along with Hong Realty and GuocoLand, have launched Penrith, a 462-unit residential project in Queenstown.

The 99-year leasehold development spans 102,497 sq ft and comprises two 40-storey towers and features a mix of two- to four-bedroom units.

Prices for two-bedroom units start from $1.495m, or $2,437 per square foot.

Public previews will begin on 3 October, with sales to start on 18 October.

It is the first private residential launch in Queenstown since 2018, said Hong Leong.
