Keppel REIT prices $100m perpetual securities

This will be allocated for financing or refinancing acquisitions, investments, asset enhancements, or interests of the REIT.

Keppel REIT Management Limited recently priced its offering of $100m subordinated perpetual securities at 3.28% issued by Keppel’s trustee HSBC Institutional Trust Services Limited.

The series 010 securities are expected to be issued on 27 November 2025 and will be issued at an issue price of 100% of the principal amount and in denominations of $250,000, which will be perpetual and will have no fixed final redemption date, Keppel said in a bourse filing.

The net proceeds from the issue of the securities, after the deduction of issue expenses, will be used by the firm’s trustee towards financing or refinancing acquisitions, investments, asset enhancements, or interests of the REIT, it added.

DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited have been appointed as joint lead managers and bookrunners of the offering of the securities.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
