Kingsford Development acquires Lentor Gardens site for $429m

The tender closed on 3 April.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the Lentor Gardens site to Kingsford Huray Development Pte Ltd (Kingsford Development).

Kingsford Development was the highest bidder in the tender, offering $429.23m or $9,903.10 per square metre (sq. m.).

Zoned “Residential,” the Lentor Gardens site spans 20,639.4 sq. m., with a maximum permissible gross floor area (gfa) of 43,343 sq. m. 

The site was launched for tender on 17 October 2024 and closed on 3 April. It was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
