Lendlease launches first global road show

The roadshow will kick off in Singapore on 23 and 24 July.

Lendlease will embark on its first worldwide roadshow to attract overseas investors to its new residential offering, Lendlease Living.

The global roadshow will kick off at The St. Regis Singapore on 23 and 24 July. The Singapore show will feature two residential projects: TRX Residence in Malaysia and the Watermans Residences Tower of One Sydney Harbour in Australia.

TRX Residence Is part of the 17-acre The Exchange TRX, Lendlease’s largest integrated development in Asia located within Malaysia’s first International Financial District, Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

Watermans Residences, on the other hand, is nestled in the waterfront precinct of Barangaroo South in Sydney.

Both properties are slated for completion in 2024.

Interested homeowners and investors can head down to The St. Regis to learn more about the two residential developments and speak to Lendlease representatives.
