MCL Land’s ELTA attracts strong turnout in first weekend

The preview of ELTA will continue until 18 February 2025.

MCL Land’s Clementi development, ELTA, attracted about 4,500 prospective buyers during its first preview weekend last 7 to 9 February 2025.

“We expect strong investor interest, driven by rental demand from professionals and international students. In addition, the strong performance of past projects in Clementi suggests promising long-term value appreciation,” China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Chairman Qian Liang Zhong said.

ELTA features over 50 resort-style facilities spread across five distinct zones, including a 50-metre lap pool, gymnasium, tennis court, and dedicated areas for social gatherings.

Located near Clementi MRT station on the East-West Line and the future Cross Island Line, it offers easy access to established schools, shopping centres and green spaces.

The preview of ELTA will continue until 18 February 2025, with sales commencing on 22 February.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
