The Myst sells 27% of its units during launch

The average selling price of the units sold was $2,057 psf.

City Developments Limited’s The Myst sold 110 of its 408 units (27%) during its weekend launch.

Sold units had an average selling price (ASP) of S$2,057 per square foot (psf). The most popular units amongst buyers were the one and two-bedroom types.

According to CDL, 99% of The Myst’s buyers were Singaporeans, whilst the remaining 1% were permanent residents from China.

“The encouraging take-up for The Myst by local homebuyers reflects a resilient demand for suburban homes. We are confident that The Myst, with its attractive pricing, will continue to be an excellent choice for those seeking the best of both worlds – a luxurious resort-style sanctuary with strong locational attributes,” Sherman Kwek, CDL Group CEO, said.

The Myst comprises two 24-storey residential towers with five types of units: one-bedroom plus study (517 sq ft), two-bedroom (678 sq ft), three-bedroom (850 sq ft), four-bedroom (1,518 sq ft), and five-bedroom (1,690 sq ft).

The corresponding prices for each apartment are $998,000, $1.33m, $1.708m, $2.826m, and $3.18m, respectively.

The Myst Sales Gallery in Elizabeth Drive is open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm daily, by appointment only.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
