Norwood Grand sells 84% of units during weekend launch

Norwood Grand sold 84% or 292 out of its 328 units in its weekend launch.

City Developments Limited, the project's developer, said Norwood Grand achieved an average selling price of $2,067 psf.

Almost all (99.7%) of its buyers were Singaporeans and Permanent Residents from China, India and Malaysia.

CDL said all units released during the launch had been sold, with only four-bedroom premium plus study units still available.

Norwood Grand units are priced from $988,000 for a one-bedroom plus study (495 sq ft), $1.238m for a two-bedroom (624 sq ft), $1.698m for a three-bedroom deluxe (883 sq ft), and $2.238m for a four-bedroom deluxe plus study (1,173 sq ft).
