One Marina Gardens sells 37% of units on launch weekend

Most units sold were the one- and two-bedroom unit types.

One Marina Gardens sold around 37% of its total 937 units at an average price of about $2,953 per square foot on launch weekend, according to PropNex Realty.

Ismail Gafoor, chief executive officer of PropNex Realty, said most units sold were the one- and two-bedroom unit types.

“Indicative prices started upwards of $1.16m for the one-bedroom units, $1.8m for the two-bedroom units, $2.45m for the three-bedroom units, and $4.45m for the four-bedroom type,” Gafoor said.

For Mark Yip, chief executive officer of Huttons Asia, there may be more foreign buyers seeking to buy properties in Singapore.

“There is no revision to our estimated sales volume of 7,500 to 8,500 units and price growth of 4% to 7% in 2025,” Yip said
