Overall condo resale prices up 7.4% YoY in July

OCR posted highest price increase with 9%.

The overall prices for condo resale MoM declined by 0.2% in July 2023 compared to the yearly increase, according to 99.co and SRX data.

Per region, in July 2023, 52.2% of the volumes are from OCR, 29.5% from RCR and 18.3% from CCR.

With new resale transactions, June trend was revised from 0.1% to -0.1%.

Over 836 units were resold last month, with 0.4% increase from 804 units resold in June 2023.

Volumes are 17.7% lower in July 2022 and 17.6% lower than the five-year average volumes for the month of July.

By region, 52.2% of the volumes are from OCR, 29.5% from RCR and 18.3% from CCR.
