Eastpoint Mall to reopen on December 2 after year-long overhaul

Check out its new tenants.

After an extensive overhaul which began in March 2013, Eastpoint Mall is reopening its doors on 2 December 2014.

The refurbished mall will retain its structure of 6 storeys and a basement and will now have a nett lettable area of 214,161 square feet, a 13% increase from its previous 189,986 square feet.

Thirty percent of its floor area is now focused on food and beverage concepts, representing an increase of 12% prior to the revamp.

The mall will welcome new tenants such as the first-ever Four Leaves Café and first-in-Singapore Juk Story, a rice porridge-inspired Korean concept restaurant.

The mall will also host a new 3,900 square feet nautical-themed play area located on the rooftop that invites young shoppers to explore the “high seas” surrounded by colourful and child-friendly play set-ups.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
