Frasers Property unit to issue $200m fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities

This will be combined with its previously issued $400m perpetual rates securities.

Frasers Property Treasury, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property, has proposed to issue a second tranche of the fourth series of securities comprising $200m worth of fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities.

This is to be consolidated to form a single series with the $400m of fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities issued on 11 April under the $5b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.

OCBC is the sole global coordinator, lead manager and bookrunner for the Series 4 Tranche 2 Securities, which will be issued in registered form and in denominations of $250,000.
