Keppel REIT CEO increases stake after preferential offering
This followed after the listing of 923.2 million new Keppel REIT units.
Keppel REIT Management Limited CEO Chua Hsien Yang has increased his direct holding in the REIT units following the trust’s recent preferential offering, according to a disclosure at the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Chua acquired additional units on 19 January 2026 through market transactions at around $0.96 each, raising his direct holding, the SGX filing showed.
The unit purchases coincided with the listing of 923.2 million new Keppel REIT units from a non-renounceable preferential offering launched in December 2025 to help fund the trust’s acquisition of an extra stake in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3.
The new units began trading on 19 January 2026.
Chua was appointed CEO of Keppel REIT’s manager effective 1 January 2025.
