Singapore Life liquidates $550m in subordinated debt

The redeemed notes will cancelled and delisted from SGX.

Singapore Life Holdings Pte Ltd. has announced that it will redeem all outstanding $550m 3.375% Fixed Reset Subordinated Notes due 2031, first callable on 24 February 2026.

The redemption will be made at the principal amount plus accrued interest, and the notes will not bear interest from the redemption date.

Following redemption, the notes will be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Payments will be made to holders recorded with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP) as of 16 February 2026, using the payment methods agreed between holders and CDP.
