Stoneweg REIT issues $452m green notes due 2033

The Series 003 Notes are issued under the EUR1.5b ($2.260b) Euro Medium Term Note programme.

Stoneweg European Real Estate Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (SEREIT) has issued a EUR300m ($452m) in 4.125% Green Notes (Series 003 Notes) due 2033. 

It has also entered into a five-year fixed-to-floating swap, taking the all-in-interest cost to 3.9%.

The Series 003 Notes are issued under the EUR1.5b ($2.260b) Euro Medium Term Note programme, according to a bourse filing.  

The company has also secured approval in-principle from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) to deal in the SGX-ST.

The green notes will be listed on the SGX-ST on or about 23 October 2025, the filing added.
