Stoneweg EREIT secures unitholders’ approval for proposed stapling

The proposal will combine Stoneweg EREIT and Stoneweg European Business Trust.

Stoneweg European REIT has successfully obtained unitholders’ approval for the proposed stapling to form the Stoneweg European Stapled Trust (SERT). 

The stapled trust will comprise Stoneweg European REIT and Stoneweg European Business Trust, as approved at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 29 April.

The proposal received 99.77% of the voting rights, representing 167,636,367 units.

DrewCorp Services Pte. Ltd. was appointed as scrutineer for the polls conducted at the EGM.
