Neil Falconer has been appointed to lead the Singapore arm of HSBC Innovation Banking.

The company plans to divest its M1 telco arm and 800 Super interests.

Its retail portfolio saw growth from Golden Week holiday and jewellery demand, amongst others.

This was partly due to reduced income after its Singapore portfolio divestment.

Occupancy is at 94.8% as of end-September 2025.

The two will focus on optimising energy systems and price risk management, amongst others.

All its vessels are employed under charter deals during the period.

Accessories and wearables and engineering materials drove growth. Nanofilm Technologies International Ltd (NTI) recorded revenue of $179m in the first nine months, an increase of 26% YoY, driven by stronger performance in its advanced materials (AMBU) and industrial equipment (IEBU) business units.
