Starhill Global REIT NPI up 0.2% to $37.9m in Q1 FY25/26

Occupancy is at 94.8% as of end-September 2025.

Starhill Global REIT reported a net property income (NPI) of $37.9m for the Q1 FY25/26 period that ended on 30 September 2025, its bourse filing showed.

Gross revenue rose 0.7% year-on-year (YoY) to $48.3m, driven by stronger contributions from its Singapore retail and Malaysia properties.

This was offset by loss of contribution from its divestment of Wisma Atria Office strata units, rental arrears provision related to its China property portfolio, as well as depreciation of AUD against the SGD, it said.

Committed occupancy in its overall portfolio stood at 94.8% as of 30 September, and 97.6% for its retail portfolio. Portfolio weighted average lease term (WALE) expiry is 7.4 years.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
