URA puts Jurong Lake District's Town Hall Link site up for tender
It carries a total potential GFA yield of 186,139 square metres.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched a tender for a White site at Town Hall Link in Jurong Lake District (JLD), under the Confirmed List of the second-half 2026 Government Land Sales Programme.
The site carries a total potential Gross Floor Area (GFA) yield of 186,139 square metres, comprising a minimum of 40,000 sq. m. of office space, up to 1,200 private residential units, and 44,000 sq. m. of GFA for complementary uses.
The site connects to the Jurong East MRT interchange and the upcoming CR19 MRT station via multi-level pedestrian links.
CR19, on the Cross Island Line, is planned to open in 2032 at the new JLD precinct and sits next to the Jurong Town Hall national monument and a future park.
The government has already invested in JLD infrastructure, including the 90-hectare revitalised Jurong Lake Gardens and two new MRT lines — the Jurong Region Line and Cross Island Line.
Under the Jurong Region Line, the JE5 station will serve Jurong East MRT and JE6 will serve the International Business Park, planned to open in 2028.
The tender closes at 12 noon on 17 November.
