Singtel records fastest mobile, 5G speeds in H2 2025: Ookla

Meanwhile, SIMBA Telecom earned the highest network consistency score.

Singtel recorded the best overall mobile network performance and the best 5G network amongst Singapore providers during the second half of 2025, according to Ookla’s Speedtest Connectivity Report.

The operator registered a median download speed of 310.26 megabits per second (Mbps), and a median 5G download speed of 402.16 Mbps.

The company also recorded the best mobile video streaming experience and the best mobile gaming experience in the market during the period.

Meanwhile, SIMBA Telecom achieved the highest network consistency score amongst providers at 96.6%.

The findings are based on millions of consumer-initiated tests conducted through the Speedtest platform during the six-month period.
