SingTel roaming black out in Hong Kong

Frustrated SingTel customers in Hong Kong have been unable to roam for most of Tuesday.

Calls to Singtel Technical support were told that the coverage team was investigating why SingTel phones are not able to roam in Hong Kong, and the problem has been ongoing since at least 8 am, causing much anguish to SingTel customers who are unable to make or receive calls or messages. As of 4pm Singtel was unable to advise customers when they could expect their phones to start working again.
