StarHub Ltd. prices $300m notes due 2035

The notes will bear interest at 2.55 per cent per annum. 

StarHub Ltd. priced the offering of $300m 2.55% notes due 2035, pursuant to its $2b multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The notes are expected to be issued on 26 November 2025 and mature on 26 November 2035 and will bear interest at 2.55 per cent per annum, StarHub said in a bourse filing. 
 
The net proceeds of the notes issue will be used by the company to finance its general corporate funding requirements or investments, it added.

DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Limited have been appointed as the joint global coordinators, lead managers, and bookrunners for the notes.

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited were also appointed as the joint lead managers and bookrunners.
