NPHVA, Grab to raise minimum driver fare by $0.50

The increase applies to most fixed-fare on-demand services.

The National Private Hire Vehicles Association and Grab Singapore (Grab) announced a $0.50 increase to the minimum fare for drivers on Grab’s platform, effective 24 November.

The increase applies to most fixed-fare on-demand services, excluding GrabHitch, 9-seater, 13-seater and hourly rental services. The adjustment is targeted at short-distance trips under 3km.

For JustGrab, the minimum fare for drivers will rise from $5.30 to $5.80, including the driver fee.

Grab will fully fund this increase, which will not impact passenger fares.
