StorHub demands more time to seek approvals

Cap Store Pte Ltd and Hersing Store Pte Ltd have rescheduled the completion of its Storhub acquisition from 30 June 2010 to 31 July 2010.

Capitaland’s joint venture with Hersing Corporation Ltd aims to provide storage facilities under the “StorHub” brand.

According to a Capitaland report on Monday, StorHub Self Storage Pte Ltd requires more time to seek approvals from Housing & Development Board and Jurong Town Corporation, the Head Lessors of the said properties.
