Ong Ye Kung retires as SMRT director
He retired pursuant to Article 94 of the company's Articles of Association.
SMRT announced the retirement of Ong Ye Kung as independent director.
Mr Ong, 44, was also chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.
He was appointed to the post on 1 August 2006, as reported by SMRT.
