Asiatic Group Holdings appoints Tay Kah Chye as director

The company believes his extensive contacts and banking experience will enhance the Board and the Group.

Asiatic Group Holdings announced the appointment of Tay Kah Chye as independent non-executive director.

Mr Tay, 66, will also be a Renumeration Chairman, and Audit Committee and Nominating Committee member, according to an Asiatic Group Holdings report.

At present, he is director/member of Pata International Enterprise Principal and consultant/member of Pata Consultancy since 2013; director/member of CLMV Consult Net Private Limited since 2012; independent director of Chemical Industries (Far East) since 2008 and independent director of Wilmar International since 2006.
