JTC has awarded the tender for the Woodlands Avenue 8 site to Quek & Quek Civil Engineering.

Quek & Quek Civil Engineering won the tender with a $6.9m bid.

According to JTC, the industrial site received two bids during its tender, which closed on 20 June.

The Woodlands Avenue 8 site is zoned as “Business 2." It has a gross plot ratio of 2.5. Meanwhile, its site area measures 5,544.7 square metres (sqm).
