Soilbuild net profit soars 282.9% YoY in H1

The company’s order book stood at $1.19b.

Soilbuild Construction Group Limited’s net profit surged 282.9% year on year to $28.3m during the first half of the financial year 2025.

The group attributes this to revenue from the Construction division growing by 76.7% YoY to $212.8m.

In addition, revenue from the group’s Precast and Prefabrication increased 77.3% YoY to $59.4m due to higher sales.

The company’s order book stood at $1.19b, which includes three new construction contracts and seven new precast supply and delivery contracts.
