impact.com has been recognised in the Enterprise Software - Marketing category with a win at the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025 for its transformative work with beauty retail giant Sephora.

Using its cutting-edge partnership management platform, impact.com enabled Sephora to scale its affiliate programme, achieving 3x revenue growth and unlocking new levels of efficiency in a competitive digital marketplace.

With Sephora being one of the world’s most influential beauty retailers, managing partnerships across different markets, tracking performance, and optimising revenue proved to be a challenge due to its fragmented affiliate programme. Without a unified system, Sephora faced hurdles such as manual workloads, limited flexibility in contracts and reporting, and needed room for greater efficiency.

To address these bottlenecks, Sephora partnered with impact.com, whose automated, unified platform proved to be a game-changer that consolidated Sephora’s partner management processes. One of the standout features of impact.com’s platform was its customisable contracting tool. By introducing SKU-level commissions and tailored insertion orders, impact.com ensured the seamless execution of seasonal promotions, driving greater efficiency and performance.

As a result, the onboarding of impact.com’s platform delivered impressive outcomes, with Sephora achieving $7.4m in revenue from 293 partners, and an increase of 178 new partners.
