PropNex Realty honoured at SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025

The company is empowering its team with smart tools for a data-driven property market.

PropNex Realty was recognised in the PropTech - Real Estate category at the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025 for its advancements in real estate technology. By equipping its sales force with innovative digital tools, PropNex is setting new standards in market analysis, client engagement, and sales efficiency.

With an in-house team of over 40 full-time app developers, PropNex enhances its proprietary Investment Suite and Business Suite, ensuring that its agents have the latest technology to stay ahead in the industry.

The PropNex Investment Suite allows agents to offer transparent, data-driven insights that simplify decision-making for clients.

Under the Investment Suite, PropNex introduced ProMap, which overlays location-based property data onto an interactive map to display pricing trends, availability, and investment potential across specific neighbourhoods.

Complementing ProMap is the Property Analysis Report, which consolidates estimated property values, past transactions, and market trends into an easy-to-digest format. “With everything in one place, clients can move forward with greater certainty, supported by transparent, credible insights,” the company stated.

Meanwhile, PropNex’s Business Suite is designed to streamline financial calculations and property recommendations, ensuring faster, more efficient transactions.

Its Concept Calculator provides real-time financial calculations, answering key questions about mortgages, investment potential, and upgrading costs.

PropNex also introduced Spot Units, making the search for the right unit easier. Spot Units displays site plans with detailed information on unit sizes, orientations, and floor plans, offering a near-complete view of a project without requiring a showflat visit. “This reduces logistical constraints for both agent and client, paving the way for more productive discussions centred on matching the right unit to the buyer’s lifestyle or investment aims,” highlighted Deputy CEO of PropNex, Mr Kelvin Fong.

Recognising the importance of digital marketing in real estate, PropNex launched ProWeb Google Ads Automation to empower agents with AI-driven marketing capabilities. Previously, agents needed to manually create property websites and run digital ad campaigns—a time-consuming and complex process. Now, ProWeb automates this process, instantly generating campaign-ready landing pages and optimising ad management using AI.

“All of these advancements are underpinned by an in-house tech team that works hand-in-hand with our sales force to gather feedback and refine features continually. We view technology as an enabler rather than an end in itself, ensuring each update addresses genuine challenges and adds tangible value,” Mr Fong added.

Through these solutions, PropNex Realty continues to redefine how real estate professionals operate in a modern, tech-driven landscape, ensuring an elevated experience for agents and clients alike.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
