As a highlight feature, Smarten Spaces introduced a hybrid workplace scheduler that offers flexibility to employees to plan when to come to the office, view each others' schedules, and adjust their calendars to work from the office together in order to build a truly inclusive workplace. The tool aims at providing a frictionless experience to the employees working out of the office to set them up for a successful workday. This includes advance bookings of spaces and amenities they need, easy access, and implementing safety processes like health declaration, vaccination status updates, and contactless workplace access. 

The organisation gets a strategic view on the needs of the employees and insights to manage the space better through a  centralised dashboard. this helps to get an overview of every dollar they spend per square meter.  

To ensure Jumpree fits into a business environment, it comes with 100+ integrations which include the industry’s calendaring systems, collaboration tools, and other IoT devices like sensors and smart locks. 

For this project, the company was given the Digital–Technology award in the SBR Technology Excellence Awards, hosted by Singapore Business Review.

The annual awards program highlights technological innovations, recognising exceptional companies in Singapore that are riding the digital disruption wave and leading the technological revolution and digital journeys of their respective industries.

The SBR Technology Excellence Awards is part of the regional Asian Technology Excellence Awards now running in 50 countries.

In giving this award, the judging panel considered multiple achievements attained by the company.

First is that Smarten Spaces was named as IDC innovator 2021 for its innovative hybrid workplace technology and bronze Stevie award winner for artificial intelligence machine learning innovation 2021.

Smarten Spaces was recognised in the Gartner emerging technology report for its digital workplace technology. Smarten Spaces enabled YIT’s workery+ vanilla which won the smartest building award 2021.

Lastly, the technology has been adopted by more than 20+ fortune 500 companies in over 30 countries, with over one million users shifting to the hybrid workplace model.

The company said that it has doubled its client base from around 50 to now over 100 in the last 12 months.
