Jumpree3.5 - a full-stack technology solution for the hybrid workplace - was launched to get your workplace ready for the future of work. The complete day in the life of an employee can be managed by the solution from planning which days they want, to work remote versus back in the office, matching schedules with team members to have a more productive day, desks being allocated using an ai-based solution, providing the best collaboration spaces for team meetings, and any such services and amenities needed in the workplace or at home
As a highlight feature, Smarten Spaces introduced a hybrid workplace scheduler that offers flexibility to employees to plan when to come to the office, view each others' schedules, and adjust their calendars to work from the office together in order to build a truly inclusive workplace. The tool aims at providing a frictionless experience to the employees working out of the office to set them up for a successful workday. This includes advance bookings of spaces and amenities they need, easy access, and implementing safety processes like health declaration, vaccination status updates, and contactless workplace access.
The organisation gets a strategic view on the needs of the employees and insights to manage the space better through a centralised dashboard. this helps to get an overview of every dollar they spend per square meter.
